The key is located in the key cabinet, to the left of the front door. You will receive the code when you check in to your accommodation. Remember to put the key back in the key cabinet after your stay! We recommend that you keep the key in the key cabinet at all times. The maintenance company will charge for opening the door.

When you arrive at the destination, we ask you to check the cleanliness of the destination. If you notice any deficiencies in cleanliness, please notify the maintenance immediately so that we can respond to the situation immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence comments received afterwards.

The cottage is equipped with essentials – such as toilet paper – to help you get started as comfortably as possible in your accommodation, before your first shopping trip.

The accommodation reservation does not include bed linen/towels, unless ordered separately.

When using the washing machine and dishwasher, open the tap first!

The sauna heats up in half an hour. Leaving the sauna on will turn off the floor heating, so please do not leave the sauna on for too long. Hot water is limited, so please be economical with it.
After you have finished using the sauna, please rinse the benches.

Clothes must not be dried in the sauna or on radiators – fire hazard! There is a drying cabinet in the hallway.

Koppelo accommodation does not include firewood, but it is available at Levi supermarkets. When heating the fireplace, you must open the fire damper, which is located above the fireplace door. The damper opens by pulling it out about 5 cm. If you don’t know how to open the damper, ask first!

Heating should begin with a small fire. Once the embers have died down, the damper should be closed.

The property’s waste management includes a mixed waste container located in the yard and a shared Ekopiste located in Nuottirakka. Any larger garbage and recyclable waste should be kindly delivered to the Ekopiste.

When your visit is over, remember to put the key back in the key cabinet! We recommend keeping the key in the key cabinet at all times. The forwarding company will charge for opening the door.

When using candles special care must be taken! The tenant is responsible for any damage caused.
Please inform us if anything is broken during your stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

Parties and rental pools are prohibited! Charging of electric cars is prohibited.
At the end of your visit – remember to check that the washing machine taps are closed!

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out no later than 11 am.

Please ensure that the trash is emptied when you leave. Please also ensure that the yard is left in a tidy condition.

INSTURCTIONS FROM MAINTENANCE

This cottage is operated by NTH North. If you have any problems or questions, we ask you to contact the forwarder. We are on call 24/7, but we hope so non-urgent matters are handled between 9 and 19.

Upon arrival, we ask that you check the cleanliness of the destination. If you notice deficiencies in cleanliness, please notify the freight forwarder immediately so we can respond situation immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to comment on the comments that came after.

Please take care of the key to the front door. We charge 24 hours for opening the door depending on our price list 40 – 60 €.

The warm water heats up mainly at night. When the sauna is on, other heating may go off. If the apartment has a fireplace, please note that you open the fireplace plate before using. If you have any problems with this, do not hesitate to contact the forwarder.

If you leave before check-out time, please let us know by telephone, e-mail or text message.

If departure cleaning is included in the price, we ask you to:

– Put the dishes in the dishwasher and on the machine or do the dishes

– Take out the rubbish from all rubbish bins

– Unpack any rental linen from the beds on the floor, and collect used towels in the same pile

– Collect empty bottles and cans in a bag
