This cottage is very dear to us, and we hope you enjoy your stay and treat the cottage with care and respect.

Maintenance is available 24/7. We kindly ask that non-urgent matters are handled between 9:00 and 19:00.

Keys
The key is in the key cabinet to the left of the front door.
You will receive the key cabinet code when you check in.
Please:
- Keep the key in the key cabinet whenever possible.
- Always return the key to the key cabinet when you leave.
- Never leave the key inside the cottage when you go out.
If the key is lost or the door needs to be opened by maintenance, an additional charge of €40–60 may apply according to the maintenance company’s price list.

Cleanliness on Arrival
Please check the cleanliness of the cottage when you arrive.
If you notice anything that is not clean or is missing, contact NTH North immediately. This allows us to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot address cleanliness issues reported only after your stay.
What Is Included?
The cottage is equipped with basic essentials, such as toilet paper, to help you get settled before your first shopping trip.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation price unless ordered separately.

Washing Machine & Dishwasher
Before using the washing machine or dishwasher, remember to open the water tap first.
After using them:
Always close the water taps.

Sauna
The sauna heats up in approximately 30 minutes.
Please note:
- Hot water is limited, so please use it economically.
- When the sauna is on, other heating — including floor heating — may switch off.
- Do not leave the sauna on longer than necessary.
- After using the sauna, please rinse the benches.

Important fire safety
Do not dry clothes in the sauna or on radiators.
This is a fire hazard.
There is a drying cabinet in the hallway for drying clothes.
Fireplace & Firewood
Firewood is not included in the accommodation.
You can buy firewood from supermarkets in Levi or order it in advance through the booking service here.
When using the fireplace:
- Open the fireplace damper above the fireplace door before lighting the fire.
- Start with a small fire.
- Let the fire burn down until only embers remain.
- Close the damper once the embers have died down.

Waste & Recycling
There is a mixed waste container in the cottage yard.
Recyclable waste and larger amounts of waste should be taken to the shared Ekopiste in Nuottirakka.
Before leaving, please make sure that all rubbish has been emptied.
Candles
Please be especially careful when using candles.
Never leave candles unattended.
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by candles.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.
Important Rules
For everyone’s safety and comfort:
- Parties are not allowed.
- Rental pools are not allowed.
- Charging electric cars at the cottage is prohibited.
Please let us know if anything is accidentally broken or damaged during your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: no later than 11:00
If you leave before the official check-out time, please let NTH North know by phone, email or text message.
Before leaving, please remember to:
- Return the key to the key cabinet.
- Close the washing machine and dishwasher water taps.
- Empty all rubbish bins.
- Leave the yard tidy.
- Make sure you have taken all your belongings with you.
If departure cleaning is included in your booking:
Please also:
- Put the dishes in the dishwasher and start it, or wash the dishes.
- Take out the rubbish from all bins.
- Remove rental bed linen from the beds and place it on the floor.
- Collect used towels and place them together with the bed linen.
- Collect empty bottles and cans in a bag.
